The Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) represents assistance to potential candidate countries for membership and candidate countries to implement the process of stabilization and association in accordance with their specificities. The priority area of agriculture and rural development is intended for candidate countries with the aim of preparing for the implementation and management of the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU.
Within the instrument for pre-accession aid IPA III for the period 2021-2027, which applies from January 1, 2021, there is also a special program for support in the field of rural development.
